This combined Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling services or requesting refunds, ensuring transparency in line with UAE regulations.

Cancellation Policy


1. Notification: To cancel, contact our Dubai support team at contact@zattoodigitalmedia. com or via your account dashboard. Include your account details, project name, or subscription ID.

2. Request Submission: Submit cancellation requests at least 30 days before renewal dates or project milestones to avoid penalties, unless specified otherwise in your contract.

3. Review and Confirmation: Our team will review and confirm within 5 business days, sending a confirmation email with applicable terms.

Exceptions
– Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., legal or medical issues) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submit supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates from a DHA-approved clinic) to contact@zattoodigitalmedia.com

– Custom agreements override this policy—refer to your signed contract.

Non-Cancellable Items
– Completed deliverables (e.g., licensed content, finalized productions).
– Awards, certifications, or third-party services (e.g., CDN streaming) once initiated.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

 Full refunds are available if cancelled before work starts, with no resources allocated. Request within 14 days of payment Process.

1. Request Submission: Email at contact@zattoodigitalmedia.com with account details, transaction ID, and refund reason.
2. Review Period: Assessed within 10 business days; decision emailed.
3. Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 15 business days, subject to UAE bank processing times.
4. Disputes: Escalate to techsupport@zattoodigitalmedia.com if unresolved.


Non-Refundable Items
– Third-party costs (e.g., CDN fees, licensing rights).
– Custom content or software developed for your project.
– Awards-related expenses or promotional materials.
